1. Payment is required at the time of booking.
2. The target property must have a lawn to set up the display. We cannot set up on interlock, pavement, gravel or new subdivisions with no grass. Think about this when ordering 3D items that require a stake.
3. Deliveries are done before 7 am and pick ups are done following deliveries. If you’ve ordered extra days, no worries.
4. Please protect our inventory from any damage — lawn mower’s debris, string trimmers, dogs etc. and use best judgement on whether to leave a sign up in severe or windy weather.
5. We reserve the right to substitute product in the event of prior theft, damage, or updated inventory.
6. All Occasions Signs and employees are not responsible for any damage or personal injury caused by our displays. Please protect children from running around the displays as they may be easily injured in a fall. If you see an unsafe situation that we may not have seen while there in the dark, please make it safe.

By booking an order, you agree to all these policies stated above.

1. Cancellations must be received (preferably by email) 2 days before delivery. Texting or emails after business hours the night before does not give us time to remove the order from the delivery vehicles.
2. Full refund will be given in the event we are unable to deliver the signs due to extreme weather conditions or other unknown circumstances.
3. No refunds are given if extreme weather arrives after we have set up the display.
4. No refunds will be given due to the customer giving us the wrong address or the wrong date. You will be sent a confirmation so please check it.
5. No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display.
6. No refunds will be given if there is another display on the lawn. We will set up regardless.
7. No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure we have access to the target lawn.
8. No refunds are given in the unlikely event that delivery happens after 7 am.
9. No refunds will be given due to typos.

We will not send you unwanted email messages or junk mail, and your details will not be passed on. We will use email or phone number to contact you regarding your order or to inform you of All Occasions Signs promotional offers. We track your order history to fulfill your order, respond to your inquiries and for market research purposes.

We reserve the right to use any photograph/video taken of the installed sign, without the expressed written permission of the recipient or the customer. We may use the photograph or video for publication or other media including but not limited to electronic or print materials such as promotional items, social media, websites, etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals, no images will be identified using full name, address, or personal identifying information without written approval. If you do not wish to have the image recorded for distribution, the property owner is to make their wishes known in writing to All Occasions Signs of his/her intentions. By booking this service and by failing to notify All Occasions Signs in writing your desire to not have your photograph used, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify All Occasions Signs from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
